Associate Director - Supply Chain Network Strategy (Americas)
About the role
TMX Transform is a global supply chain consultancy partnering with leading organizations to solve complex supply chain challenges. As we continue to grow across North America, we're looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead strategic network design projects and help build our consulting capability in the region. This is a role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting skills. You'll be a trusted advisor to clients, lead high-impact projects, develop consulting teams and contribute to the continued growth of TMX.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain network strategy and optimization projects.
- Advise senior client stakeholders and present strategic recommendations with confidence.
- Manage project delivery, commercial outcomes and client relationships.
- Support business development, proposals and new client opportunities.
- Coach consultants and contribute to the growth of the Network Strategy practice.
Requirements
- Significant experience in supply chain consulting and/or senior industry roles.
- Proven experience independently leading multiple supply chain network strategy projects.
- Hands-on expertise using Llamasoft for network modelling is essential.
- Strong knowledge of distribution network design, transport optimization and supply chain strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
