Associate Director, Strategy & Curricular Support

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve co-curricular program(s) that are central to the GSB student academic experience.
  • Advise students using excellent judgment and ability with navigating the grey zone.
  • Analyze data and formulate actionable improvements and recommendations using software tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Canvas and Salesforce).
  • Lead and/or support Start-of-School onboarding initiative(s) and activities for new GSB students.

Qualifications

  • Successfully influence decision making and deliver positive outcomes to an organization through strategic analysis and stellar communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights, perform data analysis as needed, identify trends and make recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • MBA (or demonstrated equivalent experience) strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Advanced communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences, client groups, and all levels of management.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to review and analyze complex information.
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Relevant computer systems/technology experience.
  • Understanding of financial transactions.
  • Ability to ensure and apply compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.
