Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve co-curricular program(s) that are central to the GSB student academic experience.
- Advise students using excellent judgment and ability with navigating the grey zone.
- Analyze data and formulate actionable improvements and recommendations using software tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Canvas and Salesforce).
- Lead and/or support Start-of-School onboarding initiative(s) and activities for new GSB students.
Qualifications
- Successfully influence decision making and deliver positive outcomes to an organization through strategic analysis and stellar communication.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights, perform data analysis as needed, identify trends and make recommendations to key stakeholders.
- MBA (or demonstrated equivalent experience) strongly preferred.
Skills
- Advanced communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences, client groups, and all levels of management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to review and analyze complex information.
- Advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Relevant computer systems/technology experience.
- Understanding of financial transactions.
- Ability to ensure and apply compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.
