Responsibilities
- Oversight of client accounts, projects, and engagements, including work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets throughout all lifecycle phases.
- Leadership and consultation on Salesforce configurations, taking a hands-on role in all aspects.
- Ownership of technical aspects of the project, ensuring successful implementation.
- Guidance of customers through the change management process, providing resources and strategies for a smooth transition.
- Maintenance of accountability for delivery quality and excellence, overseeing junior team members, and proactively identifying, resolving, or escalating project risks/issues.
- Scheduling of configuration, testing, and go-live preparation, and coordination of implementations of third-party apps, integrations, etc.
- Business analysis to design and implement Salesforce within the client's environment and manage the solution design process, approvals, development, and final testing.
- Assistance in preparing baseline SOWs or change orders as needed.
- Contribution to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques, collaborating with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional services experience.
- Experience implementing Salesforce, configuring Salesforce, leading Salesforce optimization projects, as well as providing Salesforce managed services.
- Experience covering all aspects of Salesforce projects, from planning and delegation to process flow discovery, functional/technical design, training, testing, go-live support, and project management.
- Prior experience configuring clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ+.
- Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design.
- Strong preference for prior experience configuring clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ+.
- Consistent success in efficiently overseeing multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university.
