What YOU will do
Lead the overall integration program across MES → S/4HANA, PLM → S/4HANA, and related middleware.
Manage program scope, schedules, dependencies, budgets, and risks.
Oversee cross-functional workstreams including architecture, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment.
Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and external system integrators or vendors.
Establish program governance, status reporting, and steering committee updates.
Ensure integration designs meet business needs, system architecture standards, and compliance requirements.
Drive issue resolution and change management activities
Support UAT and end-to-end testing cycles across MES, PLM, and S/4HANA.
Qualifications YOU Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- 8+ years experience with program management oversight of DT software development or infrastructure initiatives with 3+ years experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.
- Proven experience managing large scale programs involving complex enterprise systems, such as ERP, Payroll, Data Repository, or Engineering systems.
- Demonstrated ability to interface and collaborate with concurrent Enterprise programs, managing dependencies, resources, and schedule.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience managing integration to one or more MES platforms.
- Experience integrating PLM systems.
- Strong understanding of middleware technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, PI/PO, MuleSoft, Boomi).
- PMP or Agile certification.

Pay Range
$157,200 - $298,800 USD
