About the role
This is a new, ground-floor opportunity to build and shape how resource management operates at RevHealth. As Associate Director of Resource Management, you will serve as a strategic partner to capability leads and senior leadership, building our resourcing practice from the ground up while owning a diverse portfolio of brands and clients.
Responsibilities

- Establish staffing standards, templates, and best practices that scale with the agency’s growth.
- Introduce and own resourcing systems and reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into capacity, utilization, and talent deployment.
- Partner with senior leadership to define the resource management function’s roadmap, goals, and success metrics.
- Strategic Resource Leadership & Portfolio Ownership
- Serve as the primary resource manager and trusted partner to multiple capability leads and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Own a portfolio of brands and clients, ensuring staffing strategies align to each account’s unique needs, team dynamics, and growth trajectory.
- Develop resource plans across a broad subset of business, balancing priorities across multiple clients and workstreams.
- Maintain a nuanced understanding of each client’s scope of work and evolving demands to inform proactive staffing decisions.
- Business Partnership & Influence
- Build relationships with senior leadership and client-facing leads to influence decisions on team structure, hiring, and workforce planning.
- Provide consultative guidance on staffing trade-offs, identifying risks and opportunities across the portfolio early.
- Hold partners accountable to agreed-upon resource plans, priorities, and timelines while maintaining collaborative relationships.
- Operational Excellence & Data-Driven Insight
- Serve as a power user of Excel and Smartsheet to build reports, dashboards, and forecasting models that support data-driven staffing decisions.
- Evaluate resourcing across the portfolio to ensure optimal utilization, team structure, and skill alignment.
- Balanced short-term staffing needs with long-term portfolio health, including talent development, retention, and succession planning.
- Deliver detailed resourcing reports and contribute to ongoing forecasts that give leadership an accurate read on the resource landscape.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in resource management, project management, or operations within an agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience building or significantly redesigning resource management processes, not just maintaining existing ones.
- Experience managing staffing across multiple clients or brands simultaneously.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions on team structure and hiring.
