For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, this role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the programming and research for fund tax loss harvesting processes
- Supervise and improve user interface tools for risk/return analysis
- Utilize Python for testing and optimizing client accounts
- Resolve conflicts within the tax optimization matrix records
- Simulate tax alpha for various investment strategies and portfolios
- Clarify optimization features through interdepartmental communication
- Initiate and enhance fund tax loss harvesting pipelines
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in quantitative investment management
- Proficiency in building optimization engines and machine learning pipelines
- Experience with Python and statistical modeling for regression analysis
- Familiarity with tools like GPT and BERT for data analysis
- Ability to engineer and compare different optimization solvers
