About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of RAP technology platform projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of RAP technology platform projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and business partners
- Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule
- Contribute to the scientific and technical advancement of the company's RAP technology platform
Requirements
- PhD in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in neuroscience research or technology development
- Experience in managing complex projects and teams
- Strong understanding of neural signal processing and machine learning techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Expertise in neural signal processing and machine learning
- Experience with neuroimaging data analysis
- Knowledge of software development and engineering practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar programming languages
