About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of RAP technology platform projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of RAP technology platform projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and business partners
• Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule
• Contribute to the scientific and technical advancement of the company's RAP technology platform

Requirements

• PhD in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in neuroscience research or technology development
• Experience in managing complex projects and teams
• Strong understanding of neural signal processing and machine learning techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Expertise in neural signal processing and machine learning
• Experience with neuroimaging data analysis
• Knowledge of software development and engineering practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar programming languages
