Associate Director, Regional Tax Americas
About the role
The ideal candidate will be located in or willing to relocate to Morristown, NJ, Greenwood, SC, or Tampa, FL. Regular onsite presence at one of these locations is required for this position.

What You Will Do
Lead and oversee all direct and indirect tax matters across the Americas region, ensuring alignment with Group Tax Strategy.
Act as a strategic tax business partner to regional and country leadership, providing practical and value-driven guidance to support decision-making.
Own and manage regional tax risk assessments, including identification, mitigation, and escalation of key risks.
Oversee tax compliance activities across regional entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to local regulations and Group standards.
Establish and maintain strong tax governance frameworks, internal controls, and audit readiness across the region.
Support and lead engagements with tax authorities, including audits, inquiries, and dispute resolution, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Identify and implement tax optimization opportunities, including credits, incentives, and efficiency improvements, while maintaining proper documentation.
Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and provide updates to ensure ongoing compliance and alignment with global tax policies.
