Associate Director - Real Estate
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement real estate strategies, conduct market research, and identify trends to align with organizational goals.
Oversee property portfolios, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure optimal financial performance through effective capital and expense management.
Lead property transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate investment risks, and oversee complex construction projects and lease negotiations.
Manage through subordinate supervisors; communicate with senior management and stakeholders.
Handle additional responsibilities as needed, which may include vendor management, emergency response, and public interactions, to support organizational objectives. May have 24/7 responsibility to respond to emergent situations.
Main Requirements
Leads the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Real Estate function, ensuring effective execution of portfolio management, transaction activities, site optimization initiatives, vendor relationships, and related programs.
PARTNERS WITH SENIOR LEADERSHIP TO IMPLEMENT STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES AND DRIVE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE ACROSS THE REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO.
PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL STAFF, OVERSIGHTING PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, COACHING, WORKFORCE PLANNING, HIRING, PROMOTIONS, COMPENSATION RECOMMENDATIONS, AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MATTERS.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$130,000-$195,000
