About the role
MRM Health is seeking an Associate Director of Program Management. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of projects, drive excellence in delivery, and foster positive and collaborative working environments.
Responsibilities
- Effectively plan, solve problems, and deliver projects to ensure high standards
- Lead and mentor project managers, likely having direct reports
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and agency team members to achieve business objectives
- Enhance and create processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and enforce project standards and business management systems
- Foster client relationships and build new opportunities
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities, able to motivate and influence team members
- Expertise in project management methodologies including agile, hybrid, and waterfall
- Strong understanding of web technologies and project management tools
- Experience with project scope documentation and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple projects as part of a larger program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Master’s degree
- 8+ years of project management or service management experience
- Detail-oriented with experience in pharmaceutical brand marketing
- PMP or similar certification
- Experience with project fee reconciliation and cost tracking
- Expertise with MS Office and project management software
- Knowledge of CRM, customer experience, and commerce
- Experience with digital and non-digital campaign management
