Associate Director - Program & Project Management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Manage multiple workstreams across Salesforce clouds and integrations.
- Track and control scope, schedule, cost, risks, and issues.
- Ensure adherence to Agile Hybrid SAFe delivery methodologies.
- Own project governance status reporting and executive dashboards.
- Manage project financials, budget forecast, burn variance, and billing.
- Ensure zero revenue leakage and alignment with SOW contract terms.
- Track change requests, scope creep, and approvals.
- Maintain high accuracy in BE margin and resource plans.
- Act as the primary Point of Contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Run steering committees, client reviews, and weekly governance calls.
- Proactively manage expectations, risks, and escalations.
- Translate business goals into executable delivery plans.
- Deliver quality management by coordinating across teams and ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices and delivery standards.
- Drive UAT planning, cutover readiness, go-live, and hypercare.
- Ensure quality KPIs, low defect leakage, and SLA adherence.
- Manage resource dependency by planning and managing resource allocation in coordination with WFM HR.
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and delivery blockers.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up planning where required.
- Report project health using RAG status, KPIs, and metrics.
- Use tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
Required Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Program Management.
- Proven experience managing medium to large Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce clouds, Sales, and Service Experience.
- Familiarity with integration heavy and multivendor setups.
- Project Management Skills: Strong command over Agile Scrum, Hybrid delivery models, Expertise in risk management, estimation, and dependency planning.
- Solid understanding of delivery financials and contract governance.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, Ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive leadership, Strong presentation, documentation, and negotiation skills.
- Other: Good to have exposure to Agentforce AI-led Salesforce programs, Experience with AMS Support delivery models, Salesforce or PM certifications, Experience managing global distributed teams.

Other Details
Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
