Associate Director, Program Management - Secure Product (Onsite)

About the role

The Associate Director, Program Management will lead a cross-functional team in the rapid development and certification of critical capabilities for a proprietary program within Secure Tactical Communications. The program is responsible for design, development, new product introduction, and production ramp for capabilities critical to the protection of data.

Responsibilities

• Owns full life-cycle program development and critical execution activities
• Leads a cross-functional team engaging with US Government customers and related customers to deliver on commitments
• Manages the lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance of large and/or complex programs
• Travel requirements up to 25%

Qualifications

• You must have a University Degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience
• AUthorize and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Experience leading development programs and solving complex challenges
• Experience working with U.S. Department of War (DoW) customers
