Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and execution of innovative RNAi-based drug discovery projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and regulatory experts to advance drug candidates through various stages of development.
  • Perform data analysis and interpret results to guide experimental strategies and product development.
  • Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements and industry trends relevant to RNAi therapeutics.

Requirements

  • A PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or a related field with a strong background in RNAi or related areas.
  • At least 5 years of experience in drug discovery, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership in a scientific environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Qualifications

  • Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Experience with high-throughput screening techniques and bioinformatics tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and processes for drug development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Skills

  • Expertise in RNAi mechanisms and their applications in drug discovery.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Perl.
  • Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
