Requirements
- A PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or a related field with a strong background in RNAi or related areas.
- At least 5 years of experience in drug discovery, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership in a scientific environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Qualifications
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience with high-throughput screening techniques and bioinformatics tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and processes for drug development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Skills
