Associate Director Product Management (Wealth Management)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or related Product Management roles.
- Strong experience with advisor platforms, client portals, custodians, onboarding, servicing, and wealth reporting ecosystems.
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise platforms in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data platforms, integrations, and cloud concepts (AWS preferred).
- Practical experience using GenAI / AI-enabled workflows within product, delivery, or operational teams.
- Able to operate across strategy, product, technology, data, and execution.
- Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and executive presence.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Outsourced Advisory Solutions (OAS), TAMPs, or platform-based wealth models.
- Exposure to AI agents, workflow automation, or AI-first delivery models.
- Consulting or large-scale transformation experience.
- Familiarity with modern WealthTech ecosystems and enterprise platform modernization initiatives.

This role will help shape and deliver modern advisor and client platform experiences across onboarding, servicing, reporting, integrations, workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities
