About the role

KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Product Management (Claude Enterprise) to join our Digital Nexus organization. In this role, you will lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the enterprise Claude platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the enterprise Claude platform, identifying new use cases, features, and workflows that drive business value and adoption of GenAI capabilities across the firm
  • Collaborate with Anthropic and internal stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities, evaluate emerging AI trends, and translate market insights and industry developments into product roadmap priorities
  • Support the delivery of Claude-related products and releases across multiple development pods, leveraging Agile product management practices to coordinate execution, manage dependencies, and align deliverables to strategic objectives
  • Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and release plans across multiple workstreams; partner with product and technology guardians to prioritize features, address risks and issues, and provide recommendations that enable informed decision-making
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by driving cross-functional initiatives, developing proof-of-concept (POC) solutions and prototypes, improving client-centric outcomes, and helping resolve delivery challenges across teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners, business stakeholders, and department leaders; identify opportunities to improve processes and client service outcomes, contribute to product strategy discussions, and support execution of departmental and organizational priorities
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in product management or technology delivery, with demonstrated success supporting and leading complex products, initiatives, and cross-functional programs from planning through implementation
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations and ability to apply multiple AI solutions to business problems
  • Experience in developing proof of concept (POC) projects and prototypes; quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new Gen AI technologies such as Claude’s API, Claude Code, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners (including Anthropic and other AI platform vendors); strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams of product managers, researchers, or developers
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
