About the role
As the Associate Director of Procurement & Production Planning, you will lead the strategic direction of supply chain operations, ensuring efficient material flow and procurement processes to support production goals.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee procurement activities, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and sourcing decisions.
- Manage production planning to align with demand forecasts and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and transportation networks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in supply chain management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, production planning, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership in complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software is preferred.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience leading large-scale supply chain initiatives and driving process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Skills

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
