About the role

As the Associate Director of Procurement & Production Planning, you will lead the strategic direction of supply chain operations, ensuring efficient material flow and procurement processes to support production goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and sourcing decisions.
  • Manage production planning to align with demand forecasts and ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and transportation networks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in supply chain management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, production planning, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Experience leading large-scale supply chain initiatives and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with supply chain risk management and crisis response planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Schedule
