Responsibilities
- Be a champion for the brands you manage and continually strive to find innovative solutions that build the brand
- Build sound strategic frameworks that ladder up to client business goals
- Provide excellent client service by being responsive, accountable and detail oriented
- Bringing your track record of data-centric thinking to every integrated client brief, which will outline creative and media requirements and objectives
- Own consumer insights and inspire tactical representations of strong, clear media strategies
- Identify opportunities for cross-platform deals when appropriate
- Being the bridge between strong, conceptual thinking, and data-driven, analytical approaches to problem-solving
- Effectively motivate, lead, and train the team to maximize shared objectives
- Lead team utilization of Omni, in order to effectively leverage our people-based marketing platform to drive targeted audience activation, develop creative channel planning ideas, analyze digital content inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to derive actionable insights from Data
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners
- Proficiency in Media Planning and buying tools and platforms
- Strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies and process improvement techniques
- Understanding of financial operations, Budget Management, Strategic Planning, and media activation
- Exceptional narrative skills, demonstrated ability to craft compelling stories that engage the audience, convey complex ideas clearly in order to effectively detail a strategy, problem, solution or Initiative
Pay
New York: $70,000.00-$125,000.00
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
