Associate Director, Pharmacy Hub Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Pharmacy Hub Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee critical pharmacy hub operations that support access, enrollment, and case resolution for patients and stakeholders. The Associate Director will help shape the operating model, align cross-functional workflows, and ensure operational readiness across launch activities and service delivery. The position requires strong collaboration with implementation and operational partners to translate requirements into efficient, scalable processes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $206,300 annually Responsibilities Build the launch operating model for access and clinical operations Establish integrated workflows across operational roles Partner with implementation teams for workflow validation and training readiness Translate manufacturer requirements into executable practices Lead intake, enrollment, and access-related case resolution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related clinical field; advanced degree preferred Active pharmacist or registered nurse license in good standing 5+ years of leadership experience in complex healthcare operations Experience with benefits verification, prior authorization, and patient assistance workflows Strong operational acumen in workforce planning and service-level performance Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off, including personal holidays and parental leave Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance and wellness opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
