We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe Position Overview), Responsibilities, Required Skills And Experience (maybe Skills), Desired Skills And Experience (maybe Qualifications?), Benefits (Wage And Benefits includes benefits and salary range). Pay: they mention salary range posted below but not given actual numbers; they say "The salary range for this position is posted below." No actual range provided. So we cannot include Pay section because no actual numbers. Schedule: they mention office requirement: "Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week..." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. Benefits: they list medical, dental, 401(k), flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program, paid family benefits. So Benefits section. We need headings:

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have Position Overview (About the role). Responsibilities present. Required Skills And Experience (maybe Skills). Desired Skills And Experience (maybe Qualifications). Benefits present. Schedule present (office requirement). Pay not provided actual numbers, so we should not include Pay heading because no specific range. Also we should not include Requirements if we already have Skills? The instruction: Use headings for those section names if we have content. We can combine Required and Desired into Skills and Qualifications maybe. Let's map: - About the role: Position Overview paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Skills: Required Skills And Experience (maybe also include Desired? but we can separate into Skills and Qualifications). Let's do Skills for Required Skills And Experience, and Qualifications for Desired Skills And Experience. - Benefits: Wage And Benefits (benefits list). - Schedule: office requirement. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities, we need list items. For Skills and Qualifications also list. For Benefits list. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation, privacy notice, etc. Remove those. We need to include all substantive content from the posting: Position Overview paragraph, Responsibilities bullet points (the long list), Required Skills And Experience bullet points, Desired Skills And Experience bullet points, Benefits list, Schedule info (office requirement). Also maybe mention "Wage And Benefits We offer a Total Rewards package that includes ..." and "The salary range for this position is posted below." Since no actual range, we should not include Pay section. But we can include the sentence about salary range being posted below? That's not substantive; it's a placeholder. Better to omit. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we capture each responsibility exactly as in text. Let's extract responsibilities: From text: "Responsibilities Understands client goals and business needs and acts as a strategic partner to provide insightful, innovative, and data-driven paid social recommendations; Provides strategic recommendation for media budget allocation and managing partner endeavors, negotiation deals or ensuring agency rates are applied. Oversees all elements of social campaigns to ensure executional excellence, implementation of best practices, and channel innovation. Provide guidance on new Paid Social opportunities as the subject matter expert for all assigned clients, translating industry jargon and concepts for clients and internal stakeholders to understand and champion. Evolves team process and aligns and ensures the paid social strategy and team is working with other channel disciplines in support of the assigned clients; Key participant in strategic media planning and execution. Plays an active role in conflict resolution. Identifies, manages, and resolves problems before they escalate. Budget and Financial: Ultimately responsible to ensure billing and budget accuracy troubleshooting issues and escalating if needed. Serve as a resource for Managers, Senior Associates and Associates for advice and counsel as well as career development, training and motivating the team Oversee Asana for task management and team collaboration Responsible for QA of initial campaign build outs (ensure tracking, budgets, audiences, creatives, and timing are correct) Oversee client budgets to ensure plans do not exceed Media Authorizations; Responsible for reporting budget plans and commissions to internal finance teams Supervisory Responsibilities Directly manages Managers as well as Sr. Associates and Associates, depending on team structure. Ensures Managers new to managing employees are providing actionable feedback and help set goals and identify growth opportunities for the team. Provides mentorship, client management guidance and ensures a positive working environment across the team. Shares best practices and shortcuts learned through industry experience. Delegate and manage workload to ensure fairness and growth opportunities. Helps other members of the team and lets junior members’ shine. Share input for promotions, oversee performance improvement plans/on track plans, keep department leads updated with wins and watchouts." We need to split into list items. Each sentence separated by semicolons or periods. We'll create
  • for each distinct responsibility. Let's list them: 1. Share input for promotions, oversee performance improvement plans/on track plans, keep department leads updated with wins and watchouts. Now Required Skills And Experience: Text: "Required Skills And Experience Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media experienceVery strong experience in developing robust, creative, and innovative paid social / native advertising / content marketing programs – in excess of $1mm annuallyStrong understanding of cross channel planning, demonstrating strong coordination of digital and offline media efforts.Extensive experience writing and presenting relevant informationUnderstanding of marketing and communications process, and ability to execute streamlined processes across clients, media partners, and other agencies.Demonstrated ability to grow junior talent and help develop team skills / careersKnowledge of all social platforms a must. This includes understanding of buying & reporting within platforms at this level for QA and training for teams" We need to split into items. There's no punctuation between some; we need to infer. Let's parse: - Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media experience - Very strong experience in developing robust, creative, and innovative paid social / native advertising / content marketing programs – in excess of $1mm annually - Strong understanding of cross channel planning, demonstrating strong coordination of digital and offline media efforts. - Extensive experience writing and presenting relevant information - Understanding of marketing and communications process, and ability to execute streamlined processes across clients, media partners, and other agencies. - Demonstrated ability to grow junior talent and help develop team skills / careers - Knowledge of all social platforms a must. This includes understanding of buying & reporting within platforms at this level for QA and training for teams We'll make each a
  • . Desired Skills And Experience: "Desired Skills And Experience Agency experience preferred" Just one item: Agency experience preferred. Benefits: Text: "We offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family." We can list each benefit as
  • . Schedule: Text: "Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance." We can put as

    maybe, but schedule section heading

    Schedule

    then

with that info. We must not include Pay section. Now produce HTML fragment:
