Associate Director - OneStream Architect, Account Reconciliation & Transaction Matching

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of OneStream AR and TXM solutions for clients
• Design matching logic for complex reconciliations while advising on tool transitions
• Strengthen financial controls and support compliance with SOX, GAAP, and IFRS
• Accelerate period-end close through ERP integrations and process enhancements
• Mentor and develop junior team members while managing cross-functional project teams
• Drive business development efforts, identifying new client opportunities in AR/TXM areas
• Contribute to thought leadership and innovation with AI-enabled client solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years in implementing OneStream or similar EPM/CPM tools with client delivery experience
• Expertise in OneStream AR and TXM solutions, including complex match rules and risk-based reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial close processes, including intercompany reconciliations and period-end close acceleration
• Comfort with exploring and adopting AI tools for productivity and innovation
