Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - St. Louis Territory (IL, MO)

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and support for treatment sites
• Deliver education on processes and operational requirements
• Ensure treatment sites have the necessary knowledge for operational execution
• Act as a subject matter expert for product operations
• Cook up issue resolution through cross-functional collaboration
• Build relationships with site operational leaders for effective support
• Analyze operational metrics to recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in sales or provider operations
• Deep understanding of treatment site operations
• Proven track record of implementing workflows for complex therapies
• Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
• Ability to build relationships with operational stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
