Associate Director, Omnichannel Strategist
About the Role
As an Associate Director, Omnichannel Strategist within the US BBU Innovation and Business Excellence team, you will design seamless customer experiences that align with brand and enterprise goals. You will engage US Brand teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to champion innovative omnichannel marketing campaigns for healthcare professionals and consumers. You will translate brand strategies into integrated customer experiences that drive business outcomes.
You will be responsible for delivering a sound strategic approach to the customer experience across digital and non-digital channels, focusing on personalized campaigns that support brand objectives and compliance requirements. You will partner with and educate stakeholders about HCP and consumer experiences, omnichannel strategies, and advanced capabilities for connected campaigns that deliver on brand strategic priorities. You will continuously monitor and evaluate brand campaigns for data-driven performance optimizations. Your strong business acumen and expertise in leveraging a unified strategy to create innovative omnichannel campaigns will be crucial in delivering impactful customer experiences that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a sound strategic approach to the customer experience across digital and non-digital channels, focusing on personalized campaigns that support brand objectives and compliance requirements.
- Partner with and educate stakeholders about HCP and consumer experiences, omnichannel strategies, and advanced capabilities for connected campaigns that deliver on brand strategic priorities.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate brand campaigns for data-driven performance optimizations.
- Engage US Brand teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to champion innovative omnichannel marketing campaigns for healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Translate brand strategies into integrated customer experiences that drive business outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in delivering integrated marketing programs with measured outcomes.
- Knowledge of digital and non-digital channels such as media, email, SMS, web, direct mail, print, SEM, social, Salesforce, and events.
- Ability to lead and influence strategic recommendations, solutions, optimizations, and decisions.
- Measurement & analytics with focus on strategic insights to inform optimization strategies.
- Proven track record of leading teams without positional authority.
- Digital marketing experience across channels such as websites, email, social media, and SMS; strong understanding of omni-channel customer engagement and customer journey.
- Experience working with media and familiarity with media strategy (not necessarily an expert, but able to collaborate with media teams and understand media's role in omni-channel campaigns).
- Client-service mindset, able to act as a strategic partner, influence, and provide recommendations.
- Comfortable analyzing data and campaign results to identify actionable insights and optimization opportunities (does not need to prepare reports but should be able to review and interpret findings).
- Strong communication, solution-oriented, and able to work closely with multiple partners (acts as a liaison between brand and campaign partners).
- Pharmaceutical (pharma) experience, particularly with HCP (healthcare provider) marketing is required; must be able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated leadership and coordination of cross-functional teams to deliver a single cohesive strategy.
- Healthcare/Pharmaceutical marketing experience with focus on personal and non-personal promotional channels.
- Media/Advertising agency experience.
- Agency experience or similar background (advertising/media agency experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with agile ways of working.
- Business requirement gathering experience.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (master's degree not necessary).
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (desirable).
- 5–7 years of experience in a relevant Marketing or Strategy role.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in brand marketing, omni-channel strategy, integrated marketing, or related field.

$70.00–$80.00 / Hour (USD)
