Associate Director, Omni Channel Orchestration Technical Lead

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution within the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech industry. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture and execution quality.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global Capability Owner to develop technical solutions addressing business challenges
• Translate capability roadmaps into scalable technology architectures and assess feasibility and risks
• Lead technical teams in building and integrating software aligned with business needs
• Design and implement decisioning logic to foster personalized customer engagement
• Optimize orchestration performance through monitoring and continuous improvement of strategies
• Ensure technical solutions adhere to security policies and regulatory requirements across teams
• Direct vendor partners to execute technical work to meet enterprise standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in campaign orchestration, omnichannel engagement, or digital marketing operations, preferably in pharma
• Experience as a Tech Lead or similar hands-on technical leadership role
• 4+ years managing developer teams & leading cross-functional programs
• Proven ability to mentor developers and vendor partners

Pay

$153,600 – $230,400 annually
