About the Opportunity

The Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of corporate and foundation partnerships that support the organization's Fellowships. This role focuses on creating and maintaining strategic collaborations that align business and community impact goals, ensuring the growth and sustainability of the Fellowship programs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow partnerships with corporations and foundations to support Fellowship programs.
  • Create tailored and persuasive impact updates including decks, emails, and profiles for prospects and partners.
  • Lead and prepare for prospect and partner meetings, including managing follow-ups and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Map and engage complex stakeholder networks within partner organizations.
  • Develop concept notes, decks, and grant applications demonstrating both business and community impact.
  • Design points of connection that align partnerships with corporate strategy and goals across multiple teams.
  • Cook up and coordinate closely with senior leadership to achieve partnership objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team on monitoring, evaluation, and learning to meet partner expectations.
  • Lead special projects critical to partnership strategy, such as market landscape analyses and thought leadership development.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to create compelling, well-designed communications and presentations.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to design and implement effective systems and processes.
  • High integrity and sound judgment in handling sensitive information and decision-making.
  • Results-driven with a proactive and persistent approach to responsibilities.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
