Associate Director of Sales
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system
- Support lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentations
- Aid in setting and tracking sales goals
- Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files
- Collaborate with clinical leadership for resident assessments
- Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets
- Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist
- Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day
- Support on-site sales and marketing events
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year sales support or customer service experience
- Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and service-focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Pay:
The pay range for this position is $21.60 - $27.05 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
