Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L, pacing, and profitability of YouTube campaigns in the insurance sector
  • Execute and optimize campaign architecture, audience strategy, and testing frameworks
  • Scale marketing strategies across multiple insurance verticals
  • Create lead and call generation campaigns while ensuring quality and profitability
  • Establish creative strategies that align with performance metrics and customer journeys
  • Communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders clearly and regularly
  • Create systems and playbooks for scalable video buying and team operations

Qualifications

  • 8+ years managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios
  • 3+ years managing and scaling YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or other video-first portfolios with budgets of $20M+/year
  • Experience scaling performance video in lead generation niches such as insurance, financial services, or healthcare
  • Proficiency in BI tools and advanced Excel/Sheets for data analysis
  • Strong understanding of high-performing video content and audience psychology

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
