About the role
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of lower school admissions, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment in the lower school.
- Conduct outreach to prospective families through various channels.
- Manage the application review process and ensure timely decisions.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to provide support and guidance to families during the admissions process.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with admission policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational admissions or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
