About the role

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of lower school admissions, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment in the lower school.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective families through various channels.
  • Manage the application review process and ensure timely decisions.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to provide support and guidance to families during the admissions process.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with admission policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational admissions or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
