About the Role

The Research Program Coordinator will support the operations of a large, multi-site research study focused on improving health outcomes for people with HIV. This role involves coordinating study activities, managing data, and ensuring compliance with protocols across multiple research sites.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the research study, including communication with study sites, participants, and investigators.
  • Monitor study progress, track enrollment, and ensure adherence to timelines and protocols.
  • Assist with data management, including data entry, cleaning, and quality control.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for study meetings and regulatory submissions.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new study staff and site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional, federal, and study-specific regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with study teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in research coordination, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with REDCap, SAS, or other research data management software.
  • Knowledge of human subjects research regulations (e.g., IRB, HIPAA).
  • Experience working with clinical or public health research studies.
