Associate Director of Financial Aid

About the role

The Associate Director of Financial Aid is responsible for overseeing the financial aid programs at Keiser University. This includes managing the financial aid office, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing guidance to students and families regarding financial aid options.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial aid operations including budgeting, processing applications, and awarding grants and scholarships.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding financial aid.
• Provide guidance and support to students and families regarding financial aid options.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with external organizations that provide financial aid opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless student services.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial aid administration.
• Experience working with federal and state financial aid programs.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations.
• Experience with financial aid software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
