Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do In This Role

You’ll lead a team of talented analytics engineers who power the decision-making for Ramsey’s consumer businesses. You’ll be both a hands-on data leader and a strategic partner, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and profitability across multiple business units, including our network of show that have millions of listeners! As a data leader in this space, you’ll build the insights and systems that fuel our company's mission. You’ll ensure our consumer businesses have reliable, actionable data to make confident decisions, optimize performance, and serve more people effectively. You’ll build confidence in the data, level up our analytics discipline, and grow the team’s skill and impact. You’ll turn data into stories, stories into strategy, and strategy into impact.

What Winning Looks Like

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and transformations using SQL, Python, dbt, and AWS Redshift.
• Define and standardize metrics, reporting, forecasting, and experimentation frameworks to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to translate key information needs into scalable analytics solutions and data products.
• Lead, mentor, and prioritize the work of a high-performing analytics team.
• Ownt data quality by implementing validation, monitoring, and governance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
