Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of biomanufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing strategies
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Develop and maintain documentation for regulatory submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in biomanufacturing and/or regulatory affairs
- Experience with cGMP guidelines and regulatory submissions
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- PhD in Biotechnology or related field preferred
- Knowledge of cell culture techniques and bioprocessing equipment
- Experience with process analytical technologies (PAT)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with quality systems and GMP regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
