Associate Director of Benefits & Mobility

About the role

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of day-to-day benefits operations, while partnering closely with HR leadership and supporting continued growth and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits strategy and administration
• Manage benefit carriers, vendors, and external partners
• Oversee ongoing benefits programs and employee support
• Lead and develop a small team
• Support mobility and immigration programs
• Partner with HR and business leadership on key initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve programs, processes, and employee experience
• Support benefits-related projects and vendor changes

Requirements

• Strong benefits leadership experience
• Experience managing benefit vendors and carriers
• Prior people management experience
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within a larger or complex organization

Preferred Skills

• Global mobility or immigration exposure
• Experience with benefits carrier changes or implementations

Pay

$180,000 – $190,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
