Associate Director, Medical Review

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical and scientific information for assigned products
• Review promotional materials, press releases, and training communications for accuracy
• Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams on promotional reviews
• Grant approval for promotional review activities and scientific consults on brand content
• Keep updated on industry standards and regulations to enhance promotional practices
• Provide medical review for non-promotional materials as needed
• Participate in medical and brand-related meetings as required

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, Ph.D.) with deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• 3-5 years of healthcare experience, including 2 years in medical communications within pharma
• Advanced communication skills, able to foster trust and respect among peers and leaders
• Proficient in technical and scientific language for effective stakeholder communication
• Strong grasp of drug development processes, including pre- and post-marketing research techniques
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and result-driven decision-making capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Pay

$169,400 – $266,200 annually

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
