Associate Director, Learning & Development - Oncology Trainer

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Stay current with therapeutic area knowledge to train field personnel
  • Build relationships with management and stakeholders to determine training needs
  • Lead the onboarding process for new oncology sales roles towards sales effectiveness
  • Deliver clinical training that addresses performance gaps and enhances competencies
  • Provide feedback on training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Evaluate and suggest new learning resources for development
  • Support training delivery during sales meetings and participate in new hire onboarding

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in the Oncology market
  • Strong knowledge of oncology therapies and market trends
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency in presentation and training, especially complex scientific concepts
  • Strong leadership skills to operate effectively within a matrix organization
  • Proficient in business technology tools like MS Office, iPad, and Veeva
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, willing to travel 25% of the time

Pay

$142,400 – $224,100 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
