Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of three international compensation managers
- Manage RTX compensation, benefits, and mobility programs across non-U.S. locations
- Oversee annual compensation cycles and benchmarking activities
- Collaborate with Corporate Total Rewards to ensure program alignment
- Harmonize total rewards policies and processes across countries
- Advise HR partners and business leaders on compensation and mobility administration
- Ensure compliance with global labor regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- University degree with 12 years' experience or advanced degree with 10 years' experience
- 10+ years of Total Rewards experience with international scope
- Experience managing or leading compensation teams
- Familiarity with compensation programs and job evaluation methodologies
