Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of three international compensation managers
  • Manage RTX compensation, benefits, and mobility programs across non-U.S. locations
  • Oversee annual compensation cycles and benchmarking activities
  • Collaborate with Corporate Total Rewards to ensure program alignment
  • Harmonize total rewards policies and processes across countries
  • Advise HR partners and business leaders on compensation and mobility administration
  • Ensure compliance with global labor regulations and internal controls

Qualifications

  • University degree with 12 years' experience or advanced degree with 10 years' experience
  • 10+ years of Total Rewards experience with international scope
  • Experience managing or leading compensation teams
  • Familiarity with compensation programs and job evaluation methodologies
