Responsibilities
- Lead global tax strategy and planning to optimize effective tax rate and cash tax position
- Provide technical expertise on U.S. international tax matters (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, BEAT, OECD Pillar Two)
- Support M&A, restructurings, and global expansion through tax planning and modeling
- Ensure accurate reporting, including CFC filings, Forms 5471/8858, and country-by-country reporting
- Develop and maintain tax models to forecast effective tax rates, cash taxes, and impacts of structural or legislative changes
- Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
- Identify and manage global tax risks, maintain internal controls, and support audits and tax authority inquiries
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and executive leadership to support business initiatives and market expansion
- Support global transfer pricing strategy, including policies, intercompany agreements, and audit defense
- Lead external advisor relationships, drive process improvements, and leverage technology to scale tax operations
- Support international tax compliance and global tax provision (ASC 740 / IFRS), partnering with internal teams and external advisors, as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Master’s in Tax preferred)
- 8-10+ years of international tax experience in public accounting and/or a multinational organization
- Deep expertise in U.S. international tax (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, BEAT) and familiarity with OECD Pillar Two
- Experience with tax provision (ASC 740), global compliance, and reporting processes, preferred
- Proven ability to build and leverage tax models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Experience with OECD Pillar Two implementation preferred
- Familiarity with ERP and tax technology tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneSource) preferred
- CPA, JD, MST, or equivalent certification preferred
Pay
$170,000.00 - $230,000.00
The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
