Associate Director-In Home Sales

Responsible for development and attainment of sales and service objectives through subordinate sales personnel within an assigned geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises sales and support staff, including responsibility for hiring, training, developing, disciplining and contributing to decision making regarding discharge of subordinate employees.
• Oversees Inventory and Compliance of subordinates including licensure, permits and documentation is per policy and procedure.
• Manages fleet vehicle responsibilities.
• Interacts with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans.

Requirements

• 3-5 years customer-facing sales experience.
• 3-5 years management experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.

Pay

Base salary range: $86,700 – $130,100. Commission up to $55,200 yearly if all sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
