Associate Director, HIV Regional Trainer

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, HIV Regional Trainer to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead regional training efforts focused on clinical and product education for field teams supporting a specialized therapeutic area. The position partners closely with sales leadership, marketing, and regional stakeholders to strengthen onboarding, elevate field effectiveness, and improve the consistency and impact of training delivery. This is a highly collaborative role that blends facilitation, coaching, and field-based consulting to help build regional capabilities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $142,400 – $224,100 annually Responsibilities Deliver and facilitate clinical and product training in the field Provide real-time, actionable feedback during regional field visits Directly support onboarding new hires in partnership with sales leadership Evaluate training methodologies to ensure high engagement and effectiveness Act as a consultant to identify training gaps based on performance indicators Align national training frameworks with local market needs Collaborate with marketing and sales for unified training delivery Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Healthcare, or Education preferred Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial roles At least 2 years of dedicated HIV specialty experience Demonstrated proficiency in training facilitation for complex scientific topics Strong feedback and influencing skills to enhance regional capabilities Benefits Comprehensive healthcare insurance including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Paid holidays, vacation, and sick days Eligibility for annual bonuses and long-term incentives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
