This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Translate and implement global regulatory strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Advise on global product development and lifecycle management
  • Lead complex regulatory submissions ensuring compliance with international standards
  • Drive operational execution as COO to the Global Regulatory Lead
  • Organize cross-functional meetings to track submission activities
  • Identify risks and propose solutions for regulatory submissions
  • Champion process optimization within regulatory project management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years in regulatory project management and submissions, with global exposure
  • Proven track record of successful submissions in multiple regions
  • Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for complex regulatory issues
  • PMP or similar certification preferred

Pay

$146,700 – $196,700 annually
