For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Global Medical & Promotional Regulatory Affairs to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will provide regulatory leadership for promotional and medical review activities supporting new products and assigned therapeutic areas in the U.S. The Associate Director will help ensure promotional materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with FDA requirements while partnering closely with Legal/Compliance, Marketing, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs teams. This position is well suited for a candidate who combines strong scientific judgment with practical regulatory expertise in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $240,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the promotional material review committee for assigned products and therapeutic areas in the U.S. Serve as the Promotional Regulatory Affairs lead for new product launches as needed. Provide regulatory guidance and manage compliance of promotional materials with FDA regulations. Chair review meetings and facilitate discussions related to promotional materials. Ensure the quality and accuracy of promotional material submissions meet internal and FDA standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Legal/Compliance, and Marketing. Provide regulatory support for Medical Affairs review and publications review. Qualifications B.S. or B.A. in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Direct experience in advertising and promotional material review is required. Strong understanding of FDA regulations and guidelines. Advanced scientific degree, such as a PharmD, is preferred.
