Associate Director for Student Involvement

About the role

Reporting to the Executive Director of Student Involvement and Engagement, the Associate Director for Student Involvement provides strategic leadership and operations oversight for the Student Involvement elements of the department’s portfolio, including student organization development and administration, campus-wide programming, and community engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Advance a comprehensive involvement strategy that fosters belonging, supports student development, and contributes to the institution’s retention and student success outcomes.
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a co‑curricular experience that connects students to the university community.
• Strengthen student organizations.
• Create meaningful pathways for students’ involvement journey.
