Associate Director, Firm Financial Systems
for headings. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting, including the wage range explanation paragraph? The paragraph about wage range: "The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case." This is substantive; we should include it in Pay section maybe as prose.
We also have "Professionals in ES may apply and be considered for the role regardless of US office location." That's substantive; include in About the role.
Recruiting end date: maybe include as short p after About the role? It's metadata but could be considered minor; but instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short p with that info.
Thus structure:
