Associate Director, Field Technology (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Field Technology (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will own the strategy and execution of field technology initiatives that support commercial teams across multiple therapeutic areas. The Associate Director will partner closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, IT, and vendors to improve CRM effectiveness, streamline processes, and drive stronger field adoption. The position will also shape the technology roadmap, oversee system enhancements, and help increase sales force productivity through automation and better user experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $169,222 – $253,000 annually Responsibilities Act as the business owner for sales systems across multiple therapeutic areas Develop the organizational roadmap for field technology within each sales division Drive system enhancements and integration efforts with IT and vendors Implement field technology improvements aligned with business needs Enhance sales force productivity through automation and process efficiencies Serve as a liaison for seamless system performance between field sales and IT Collaborate to create training materials and monitor adoption metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field 8+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or field technology Expertise in Veeva or Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and sales enablement platforms Proven ability to lead system implementation and field adoption initiatives Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and Commercial Operations Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage Company-provided life and disability insurance Tuition reimbursement and student loan assistance Generous 401(k) match and flexible time off Paid holidays and leave programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
