Associate Director, Field Reimbursement, Northwest, US Oncology

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Serve as the patient access expert for USOBU therapies in the region
• Educate healthcare professionals on various payer and prior authorization processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance patient access
• Identify and escalate patient access issues for timely resolution
• Update healthcare providers on prescription status and patient support options
• Develop strategies to address customer access needs effectively
• Monitor payer landscape and communicate changes to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field required
• 8+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry including 4+ years in patient access or reimbursement in oncology
• 2+ years of buy and bill experience required
• Demonstrated experience in reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics, and HUB services
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly
• Knowledge of oncology reimbursement dynamics including Medicare and Medicaid policies
• Ability to travel 50-75% and valid driver's license

Pay

$154,400 – $242,550 annually
