This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Family Recruitment staff
- Set regional recruitment and engagement goals to align with enrollment targets
- Monitor performance through data and accountability systems
- Develop recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals
- Build partnerships with community organizations and local leaders
- Oversee recruitment events, school tours, and outreach efforts
- Support regional family engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Commitment to the company’s mission and educational equity
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, enrollment, family engagement, or related fields
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Experience building community partnerships and using data to drive results
