Associate Director/Director Strategy, Real World Evidence and Late Phase

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in RWD study design and strategy
• Develop innovative RWD-based solutions for clients
• Enhance growth and identify sales opportunities for the RWLP Business Unit
• Liaise with clients to determine and fulfill their RWD needs
• Cook up with operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Prepare leadership documentation for RFIs, RFPs, and bid defense meetings
• Represent the company at industry events, presenting and publishing findings

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences, nursing, or equivalent; PhD preferred
• Strong methodological background in various Real World (RW) study designs
• Knowledge of US and international Real World Data (RWD) sources
• PREFERRED: Experience in senior-level roles within pharma or CRO, especially in Oncology or Immunology
• Experience managing clinical and RW research projects across different functions
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements in clinical development
• Exceptional influencing and networking skills, with strong interpersonal abilities

Pay

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
