Associate Director, CRE Debt Investments

About the role

In office Monday - Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Friday. We are looking to add an Associate Director to the Commercial Mortgage and Real Estate Investments team. In this position, within the Loan Production Team, you will provide experienced support in the annual origination of $2 billion of commercial mortgage investments throughout the United States. Additional responsibilities involve the ongoing management of the $17 billion commercial mortgage portfolio. The ideal candidate is looking for increased origination responsibilities including credit analysis and business development.

Alternate locations: Charlotte, NC; Greensboro, NC. Work arrangement: In office with a designated workspace. Relocation assistance is not available for this opportunity.
