Responsibilities
- Lead digital budgeting refinement and foster strong business partnerships with digital teams.
- Prepare and present high-level month-end close reports for the Executive Committee, including EPS and stock reporting.
- Manage consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
- Act as the primary FP&A contact for Commercial, R&D, CMC, and G&A functions, supporting financial planning and headcount management.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting on month-end close activities, spend, and accrual reviews.
- Own labor and benefits forecasting, ensuring accurate alignment with actual data.
- Drive strategic decision-making through scenario modeling and investment analysis.
- Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and models to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across systems and planning assumptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience within large, publicly traded companies.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning systems.
- Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- MBA, CPA, or CFA designation.
- Prior experience in the biopharma or life sciences sectors.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise FP&A tools such as Hyperion EPM or Anaplan.
- Exposure to long-range strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, or capital allocation.
- Demonstrated leadership in initiatives and team mentoring.
- Experience working within a matrix organization.

- Hybrid work schedule (2-3 onsite days per week) in Cambridge, MA.
