Associate Director, Communications and Public Relations
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-autonomy Associate Director of Communications & Public Relations to serve as the strategic architect and hands-on leader of our external and internal messaging. This isn't a "maintenance" role — we are looking for a builder ready to take full ownership of our existing PR and communications framework, evaluate what’s working, and elevate it into a best-in-class program. You will have the strategic latitude to define our narrative, cultivate high-impact media relationships, and safeguard our brand reputation.
As the program scales and proves its impact, you will have the mandate and budget to eventually build out your own team, starting with hiring and mentoring direct reports. This role reports directly to the SVP, Head of Investor Relations and Public Affairs and offers a clear runway for organizational influence and long-term career progression.
