This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategy for clinical studies
- Chair Study Management Team to create robust protocol concepts
- Oversee studies delivered by CROs ensuring quality and budget adherence
- Collaborate with CRO to develop risk-mitigation plans
- Establish a culture of communication and strategic goal setting
- Ensure processes are effective, efficient, and compliant
- Promote synergy among studies and development units for excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline
- 8+ years in clinical operations management, preferably overseeing outsourced trials
- Expertise in project management, risk assessment, and communication
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial phases and drug development
- Proficient in GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to create operational plans and collaborate with CROs
- Effective skills in managing CRO relationships and adapting to outsourcing models

Pay
$130,000 – $155,000 annually
